Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using LuxeMeet or its companion mode DLuxe (together, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Release of Liability. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LuxeMeet. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately without refund.

LuxeMeet is an introduction platform only. We provide tools for adults to meet, message, and arrange dates. We are not a party to any interaction, conversation, date, or arrangement between members. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members and make no guarantees about any member's identity, conduct, intentions, or compatibility.

The Platform may display links to independent third-party services to help plan dates — such as OpenStreetMap and Google Maps for locations, Uber for transportation, and Airbnb Experiences for date ideas. These services are not operated by us; your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content, pricing, or availability.

Male members purchase credits to message and request meetups, premium offer slots to send date offers, and optional profile boosts. All payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may include a handling fee.

For Premium Date Offers, the offered amount is held in escrow once paid. When the date takes place and the recipient enters the payer's 6-digit confirmation code, the payout (less the platform commission) is released to the recipient. The platform commission is disclosed in-app. Repeat dates: when a payer books a new date with someone they have already completed a date with through the Platform, no premium slot is required and a reduced platform commission of 10% applies (the recipient receives 90% of the offer amount). Optional transportation allowances are paid together with the offer and passed 100% to the recipient. Cancelled date offers are automatically removed from offer history 48 hours after cancellation. Champion vouchers: reward vouchers earned through the monthly Top Members leaderboard may be gifted once to another person via a single-use gift code; once gifted, the voucher cannot be used or reclaimed by the original holder, and received gift vouchers cannot be re-gifted. Vouchers have no cash value.

Refunds: Credits, slots, and boosts are non-refundable once delivered. Escrowed date payments are refundable only if the date does not occur and the offer is cancelled or expires per platform rules. Payments must be made from a PayPal account whose email matches your LuxeMeet login email; payments from mismatched emails may be delayed or unrecoverable. You may submit a refund request or a complaint at any time via Settings → Refunds & Complaints (or "Help & Support" in the app menu); each request is reviewed by our team and you will be notified of the outcome in-app and by email.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT MEETING ANOTHER MEMBER IN PERSON IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, discharge, and hold harmless LuxeMeet, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action — whether known or unknown — arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your interactions or communications with other members, and any in-person meeting or date arranged through the Platform, including without limitation personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, theft, fraud, or financial loss.

You are solely responsible for your own safety. We strongly recommend meeting in public places, telling a friend where you are going, arranging your own transportation, and never sharing financial information with other members.

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or age; harass, abuse, or harm other members; solicit money from members outside the Platform's offer system; use the Platform for any commercial, illegal, or exploitative purpose (including escort services or human trafficking); post explicit, offensive, or infringing content; or attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment systems.

Content policy: profile photos and videos must not contain nudity or sexually explicit or suggestive content. All uploaded photos and videos are automatically screened by AI before publication and prohibited content is rejected. Repeated attempts to upload prohibited content may result in account action.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

After a completed premium date, both participants may rate the date (1-5 stars) with an optional written comment. Participation in ratings is optional: you may opt out entirely in Settings, in which case no one can rate your dates and no rating appears on your profile. If you participate, you may separately choose whether written review comments are displayed publicly with your star rating.

Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on an actual date. Defamatory, harassing, or false reviews may be removed and may result in account action. Members may also save other profiles to a private Favorites list; your favorites are visible only to you. If you favorite a member, you may receive notifications about their public profile activity (such as boosts, verification, or new reviews).

The Platform offers optional AI-powered features, including the "AI Wingman" (for male members) and "AI Cupid" (for female members) writing assistants — which can draft chat openers and replies, premium date offer notes, counter-offer messages, meetup request messages, and date review comments — the "Luxe" in-app help assistant, AI-curated date ideas, AI stylist outfit suggestions shown in the date-night countdown, weekly AI-assisted match insights, AI-assisted profile photos, and AI selfie-based photo verification. AI is also used to automatically screen all uploaded photos and gallery videos for prohibited content (nudity and sexual content) before they are published. AI content is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for any content you send or publish, including AI-assisted content. Profile photos must truthfully represent you; using AI images that materially misrepresent your appearance may result in account action. Verification selfies are used solely for the verification check and are never displayed publicly.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXEMEET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LUXEMEET IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We collect and process account information, messages, payment records, and usage data to operate the Platform, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Profile view counts are tracked to power boost analytics. You may enable Incognito Mode in Settings to hide your profile from Discover browsing — globally or from specific members — while your existing conversations, offers and meetups keep working. We do not sell your personal data. Emails may be sent for account, payment, and engagement purposes.

Deleting your account: you may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Your profile is hidden from Discover, leaderboards and favorites immediately. A 30-day grace period applies: logging back in within 30 days fully reactivates your account. After 30 days, your account and personal data (profile, photos, videos, messages, favorites and notifications) are permanently and irreversibly erased or anonymized. Unused credits, slots, boosts and any unwithdrawn balances are forfeited upon permanent erasure. Records required for financial and legal compliance (such as completed payment records) may be retained in anonymized form.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits, slots, and boosts are forfeited upon termination for cause.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Platform includes a companion mode, "DLuxe", accessible via the in-app heart switch. DLuxe mirrors LuxeMeet with the paying roles reversed: female members pay for interactions (credits, premium offer slots, boosts and monetary date offers) and male members may receive date offer payouts. All Terms apply equally to both modes, with role-specific provisions applying to whichever side pays or receives payment in the active mode. A single account is used across both modes. Conversations and meetup requests are separated by mode: interactions started in LuxeMeet follow LuxeMeet payment rules (male members pay) and interactions started in DLuxe follow DLuxe rules (female members pay). Switching modes only changes which inbox is displayed and never changes who pays within an existing conversation. All Platform features — including AI assistants, leaderboards, champion rewards and voucher gifting — are available in both modes with mode-appropriate branding.
